MiJoi Announces Strategic Partnership with the Minority Business Development Agency
MiJoi and Associates, Inc. is excited to announce a strategic business partnership with the MBDA Business Center of Washington, DC. Since 2004, the National Community Reinvestment Coalition has successfully operated this Minority Business Development Agency Business Center, which provides consulting services in business development, financing, and management to minority businesses in the Washington, DC Metro area, and throughout the United States. The MBDA Business Center continues to successfully utilize its staff, strategic partners, and network of small business advocates to assist its minority business clients to access contracting opportunities and financing. This year, the Center is on pace again to exceed its annual performance goals of assisting clients to create over 150 new jobs and obtain over $110M in financing and contract awards.
MiJoi’s CEO, La Vida Mason, is very pleased with the new partnership. “This relationship advances our vision to reach and support newly established and small businesses in pursuit of Federal opportunities,” she stated. MiJoi will begin providing workshops on identifying, pursuing, and responding to Federal opportunities in November 2012 at the MBDA Business Center's office in Washington, DC.
