MiJoi is offering a 3-day course beginning fall 2012 that is designed for law enforcement professionals and military investigators tasked with death investigation. This course covers homicides, suicides, accidental deaths, natural deaths, overdose deaths, and child/infant deaths. Understanding the scene, body inspection, potential evidence, and other factors surrounding the death investigation are critical in determining a final cause and manner of death and finding a successful conclusion to each case. In October, MiJoi will offer their first Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Preparation Demo Course which provides the following:
ü Overview of the basics of ITIL and covers understanding the benefits of ITIL;
ü Steps to achieving the ITIL Foundation certification;
ü Service management and IT service delivery;
ü Plan for incorporating continual improvement; and
ü Plan for preparing for the individual certification in ITIL v3.
This class introduces concepts and terms while conveying the importance of ITIL.
